Uses - The young lemony flavoured leaves are delicious when added to mixed salads or when they become more robust you can wilt them into cooking as you would with spinach.
Growing - Plant into a well drained soil with plenty of organic matter to retain moisture. It likes a sunny or slightly shaded spot in the garden.
Height - Flower stalk will reach around 90cm but cut it off to keep up a good leaf production.
Spread - 60cm.
